Age of Magic - Contributing

We encourage you to help us improve the Age of Magic web-site by making contributions to it. If we publish a contribution, we will include an acknowledgement to you as the originator (and if you have a web-site and want us to link to it, we will do so), so this is your chance to get your name on the web-site and publicity for your work. There are several different forms of contribution you can make:

Scenarios.
If you have written adventure scenarios for Age of Magic, you can distribute them and earn royalties by sending them to us. If we like the scenario, we will include it in the on-line library of scenarios that visitors can purchase on-line. As well as crediting the scenario to you as author, we will pay a royalty to you for every copy sold. Scenarios must be prepared in HTML with any artwork in linked GIF and JPEG files. The basic royalty we pay is 50% of the net proceeds from the sale (i.e. we share the proceeds with you), provided you supply a completed product of sufficient quality; if we have to do significant editorial work (e.g. translating into HTML, correcting errors, etc.) we will contact you and negotiate a lower royalty rate.
In sending a scenario, you agree to give Dragon Strategic Systems Ltd the option to sole world-wide publishing licence for the scenario, that Dragon Strategic Systems has the right to review and modify your scenario before publishing, and that Dragon Strategic Systems Ltd has no obligation to publish any material submitted. You further agree that the royalty percentage payable will be agreed between you and Dragon Strategic Systems Ltd, and that this royalty agreement will be binding under UK law. You agree to accept UK legal jurisdiction. You agree to accept statistics on sales and costs provided by Dragon Strategic Systems as the basis for your royalty payments. You agree that payments to you will be made in UK sterling, and that Dragon Strategic Systems may set a minimum payment level ( currently £50), below which royalty payments are not made and may vary this level.
