4.1.6 Finesse

The finesse of an enchantment determines how subtle and selective the enchantment's effects are. The precise effect will vary depending on the nature of the enchantment (e.g. a Finesse 5 healing spell will have a different effect from a Finesse 5 attack spell).

The minimum value that can be given to the Finesse of an enchantment is zero.
