Only characters with active magic talent may cast magic.
To cast magic, a character must do the following:

Significant failure (i.e. by more than 6 points but by less than or equal to 8 points) | Light wound + 3 tiredness levels | Scratch + 2 tiredness levels |
Serious failure (i.e. by more than 8 points but by less than or equal to 10 points) | Medium wound + 4 tiredness levels | Light wound + 2 tiredness levels |
Major failure (i.e. by more than 10 points but by less than or equal to 12 points) | Serious wound + 5 tiredness levels | Light wound + 3 tiredness levels |
Disastrous failure (i.e. by more than 12 points but by less than or equal to 14 points) | Critical wound + 6 tiredness levels | Medium wound + 3 tiredness levels |
